For those seeking to thoughtfully integrate Christian spirituality into their therapy experience, I offer a space where faith and psychological insight can be engaged together with care and depth. It is normal to experience your spirituality as disoriented, stuck, disappointed, or even absent—especially in seasons of suffering, transition, or silence. Naming these experiences can be a rich starting point for therapy. Our spiritual beliefs shape both the pathways and the barriers to psychological healing, and they deserve a place in the therapeutic process.

I have nurtured a particular interest in Christian and post-Christian psychology and enjoy working with pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, nonprofit professionals, and others whose spiritual lives are closely tied to their identity and vocation. People in these roles often carry a deep sense of calling, but may struggle privately with disappointment, burnout, or emotional pain that feels difficult to name in their communities. Therapy offers a confidential and grounded space to explore the intersection of faith, identity, and emotional life with honesty and care—especially for those who feel their spirituality is deeply woven into every part of who they are and what they do.
